well,these photos are taken during the 4 days of lesson here!hmm,really great memories yahh. was really awaiting for tmr's graduating ceremony as well as celebrations,but at the same tym,cant bear to leave those guys.they were really great ppl..this 4 days of spending with them, was really fun & wonderful especially my trainer: MR RAM(:

alright,today was the 4th day of the lesson.was damn fun today.played hunters & squirrels hold by the service team in the morning so as to perk us up.well,great game,damn tiring finding for a tree to stay in.Laughs.after tat,continued with our lesson.then,here comes the role-playing of having a service breakdown.each of us have to play the role of being a service provider who encounters a difficult customer who has a bad experience in our store.we are then suppose to solve the problem on our own independently without involving the managers.so yahhhs.tats really TOUGH! moreover,i was the ''lucky'' number 1, & my customer happen to be MR RAM! i was like OMG! damn nervous.he was damn fierce acting.he shouted & all tat.then at first i was like lost,dunnoe wat to do.then i tot of a solution.by tat tym was already holding back my tears liao.but one of the main factor was to continue with tat SMILE no matter how angry the customer was.so,told myself this is just a course learning how to deal with probs..calm down after tat.manage to keep my tears inside.hahahahs.afterall, i succeed.manage to cool my ''customer'' down..because of this role-playing,4 ppl CRIED.cant mention.hehheees.but its really difficult standing out front in front of all classmates & need being scolded by a fake customer & thinking of ways to solve the bad experience.REAL DAMN DIFFICULT.REALLY NERVOUS! after class,went to book bowling lanes for tmr's celebration with catherine,irene & weilong.. went cathay,marina square all dun have.cathay dun have le,marina was full hse.damn suay. haish. so we tmr morning then go continue booking again.siann.OMG!graduating day tmr.saddd. D;
